Dancelink, a ministry of OM Arts directed by Linda Wells, desires to send and train dancers of all levels to use their gifts to worship and minister on the mission field.
Dance can communicate across boundaries of culture and language. The arts and creativity are not just for the secular world. God has used dance since the beginning of time. Miriam danced after the Israelites crossed the Red Sea. David danced before the Ark of Covenant because he could feel the presence of God. God created dance, and Dancelink wants to use this wonderful gift to minister and touch the hearts of people all over the world.
Thank you for supporting us in this ministry, and may God bless you.
The heart of the Dancelink ministry can be summed up by this personal testimony of Linda Wells:
In Feb ‘06 while touring in South Africa, I was just about to go on stage when God began to speak loudly in my heart:
“When you dance you clear the birds.”
“Thank you Lord but I have no clue what that means,” was my reply.
“Don’t keep telling me you are too old! As you grow weaker, I will be more glorified,” he continued.
After the service, as I stood out front greeting people, a man made a “bee line” for me and said, “Do you know what you do when you dance?”
“Sort of” was my weak reply.
He continued: “You clear the heavenlies, and God has anointed you because of all you have been through in your life.”
He turned to leave, as I stood with open mouth, then he returned and with pointed finger said, “And don’t keep telling God you are too old!”
My jaw was about to hit the floor, but before it could, the light went on in my head and I thought of the parable of the sower.
